We only accept returns of our products if there is a manufacturing defect, in which case we will pay for the shipping costs. For size exchanges we have our own size guarantee.

Correct size guarantee

We know that there are many doubts about what size menstrual cup to buy and that is why we have a correct size guarantee policy.

An average of three cycles is recommended to manage well with the menstrual cup. If after this time, you suspect that it is not your size and you have not damaged it, we will exchange the cup for another size, no problem. All you have to do is contact us through our email: info@papayacup.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, the money will be deposited to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or lost reimbursements

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is official.

Shipping

Shipments to the peninsula take between 24/48 days from the day it leaves our facilities.

In the case of the Balearic Islands your order will arrive within 3 or 4 working days, counting from the day it leaves our facilities.

At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
